Makani Kai Marina offers a boater's dream lifestyle. The grounds are made of of 80 units in this exclusive residential yachting community located in Kaneohe Bay. Each residence is allotted a boat slip for personal use. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Oahu, the grounds allow activities such as kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing, diving and snorkeling. The nearly 14 acre gated community boasts a recreation center with pool and private marina. The botanical gardens invite residents to enjoy leisurely strolls and waterfront picnics with family and friends. This harbor has great access to the Kaneohe Bay sandbar with only a 10 minute motor away.

Makani Kai Marina is a residential yachting community located on the southern shore of beautiful Kaneohe Bay. They have eighty-two boat slips ranging in length from 28 feet to 50 feet. It is a private marina; each slip is individually owned by the owner of the associated condominium.
Electricity is included with the slip fee.
Makani Kai is primarily a private residential neighborhood. Loud and rambunctious behavior is not permitted and boat work may only go on during normal business hours. No charter or other commercial activity within the marina shall be conducted, including the boarding or de-boarding of paying passengers.
Makani Kai is governed by a Board of Directors and a set of House Rules which can be downloaded below.
Liveaboards and overnight stays are not permitted in Makani Kai Marina.
Slips are individually owned by residence and may be leased out by the individual owner. The rates of these slips vary with the size but the average slip price is around $700/month.
There are both men's and women's restrooms located in the Club house on the mauka side of the harbor.

Vehicle parking is allowed for slip holders in the marked stalls in the marina. Guests must park outside the gate and be driven or walked onto the premise.
There is no formal waitlist, but the resident manager Alex may take your information so he can call you when a slip becomes available.
