The Ocean Lotus is a well maintained catamaran that just received a lot of upgrades just last year. The current owner dry docked the boat and repainted the bottom and cleaned and serviced the running gear. He also replaced the mainsail, genoa, stack pack, and lazy jacks. He also added an electric main halyard winch on the cabin top and a new electric anchor windlass. The entire electronics system was upgraded to Garmin with dual chartplotters. There are new cushions and bedding and toilets.
