This Gary Mull 45 underwent a complete refit about 10 years ago where she got a new mast, chainplates, and standing rigging as well as brand new motor and a bunch of rewiring. She is a fast racer/ cruiser but would also make a nice liveaboard vessel in the private Keehi Marine Center Marina. There is a large master bed aft and a spacious salon in the middle of the boat with the vberth and the head located forward.

Standing rigging needs to be replaced and the boat needs to be hauled out for a new bottom job but other than that she is ready to sail! Engine has low hours and is very reliable and the deck layout is very flush.
